ODOIP SAS was founded on January 19, 2023 in Évry-Courcouronnes (Paris area, France), by David NGAMBA TSHITSHI, a telecom engineer, after more than 15 years designing and operating networks for carriers and enterprises.
The observation was simple: French (and African) small and medium businesses are poorly served by major operators — expensive solutions, dehumanized support, unreadable contracts. We founded ODOIP to offer the opposite: a complete telecom + hosting offer, at controlled prices, with reachable human support.
