A virtual phone line over the Internet that connects your PBX to the public telephone network. It replaces old ISDN or analogue lines: one connection carries several simultaneous calls.
Yes. The ODOIP trunk is configured as a generic SIP provider in 3CX. The configuration guide (in French) lists every value to enter.

A business fibre or SDSL connection is recommended. Allow about 100 kbit/s per simultaneous call in G.711; HD voice in G.722 needs similar bandwidth. For best quality, use a dedicated connection or voice priority (QoS).
The trunk includes automatic failover: if your PBX stops answering, calls are routed to a backup address, a forwarding number, voicemail or a message, depending on your settings.
