3. Third-party cookies during payment

When you make a payment, cookies may be placed by our payment providers (Stripe, SystemPay/Banque Populaire, PayPal) for security reasons (fraud prevention) and banking compliance (3D-Secure). These cookies are strictly necessary to complete your payment and are governed by the respective privacy policies of these providers.

In accordance with article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and CNIL recommendations:

• Cookies strictly necessary for website operation (session, language, preferences) are placed without prior consent, as they are essential for service delivery.
• Audience measurement cookies (Matomo) are placed only after your consent, except for those compliant with the CNIL exemption for anonymous internal audience measurement.
